We stand behind IsItDown.ai Pro. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, we'll refund your subscription fee in full—no questions asked.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not available if your Pro account has:

• Generated one or more API keys (regardless of usage)
• Downloaded data via CSV export (any amount of data)
• Made API calls to /api/v1/route or other Pro endpoints
• Exceeded the 30-day window

This policy protects against abuse while ensuring fair access for paying customers.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days (before API key generation or data download):

1. Fill out our contact form
2. Select "Refund Request" in the subject line
3. Include your account email and the date of purchase
4. We'll process your refund within 5 business days

Data Retention

Once you generate an API key or download data, your account is considered active and committed to using the service. In this case, your subscription data remains on file for compliance purposes, but refunds are not available.
